Brian was born in Paterson, New Jersey. He received is undergraduate degree in political science from the University of North Carolina in 1995 and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1998. He joined the firm in 1998.

Brian's practice is devoted to medical malpractice litigation.
